Denim on Denim

Denim on denim is a big trend this season. D&G sent denim clad models down the runway Chloe also favoured this look. Now I do think I will embrace this very 90's trend if and when the weather decides to change. For you guys who are a little shy or think this trend is better kept in the 90's how about doing denim on denim using footwear instead. These stunning denim platforms from Spartoo would look fab teamed with denim cut off's or a cute girly denim dress. I think this is a great alternative and of course you could team them with other outfits that aren't denim

These ones by Atelier Voisi are the perfect colour too as your denim has to be faded and we all know that the chunky platform is not only a more practical heel but is the heel of the moment.

What do you guys think is this a great alternative or are you going to avoid the denim on denim look altogether??

Tribal

Leggings Topshop (old), Mesh Top H&M, Boots Nine West

To much to do today and not enough time I hate days off like that. I dug out my tribal print leggings and went monochrome again. I know I keep going on about the weather but I am fed up with having to work my wardrobe around it I am having a styling break down at the moment. My camera is also doing my head in todays pictures were out of focus and I looked so grey these were the only two decent ones I will charge my battery and hope they come out better tomorrow.

eekkk it is so cold I so want to be wearing less layers and bare legs. So today I tried but it is too cold I did swap my socks for tights :( and cardigans and knitwear have become trusty friends. I got this playsuit ages ago it is from the first Kate Moss for Topshop collection and I bring it out every summer it really is easy to style as it has so many colours in it.
